Do you provide written contract?

Yes we do, we provide a written agreement for every booking to ensure all details and services are confirmed and understood by both sides.

Can the decorations be customized to match wedding theme?

Yes, we can create additional decorations of the arch to match the color palette and style of your wedding.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes, we deliver across Ottawa area while offering 2 separate packages for delivery.

'White Gloves' Delivery Package includes:

Pickup by us (after 10:00 PM and before 1:00 AM same night)

Do we take security deposit?

Yes, for all Arch rentals, we take a deposit for any potential damages or missing items. The deposit will be refundable following the successful pickup/dropoff of the Arch in its original condition.

How far in advance should we reserve a wedding arch?

We recommend reserving your date as early as possible to ensure availability, especially during busy wedding season.

Some of your pictures are made with AI, why is that?
